Parish Meetings where there is no separate parish council have their own suite of Annual Governance and Accountability Returns (AGAR). Each Parish Meeting must use one of the following AGAR forms:

AGAR Form 1PM: to be completed and published by parish meetings with no financial activity – Printable PDF version and electronically enabled PDF version.
AGAR Form 2PM: to be completed, approved and published by parish meetings claiming exemption where there are financial transactions during the year – Printable PDF version and electronically enabled PDF version.
AGAR Part 3PM: to be completed, approved and published by all parish meetings subject to a limited assurance review – Printable PDF version and electronically enabled PDF version.
