Chris Stout is a Director in our Transaction Services team.

Chris specialises in providing transaction advice across all sectors with a focus on the financial services market. He demonstrates a genuine commitment to assisting clients by gaining an understanding of their requirements and managing the financial due diligence process from start through to completion.

In addition to due diligence, Chris’ experience has led him to successfully completing several projects relating to data investigations and underlying ledger reconstruction. This work has helped facilitate deal completion, legal disputes, and regulatory investigations.

Chris trained in our Financial Services team, which equipped him with valuable expertise, including providing external audit services across a range of financial services businesses. He obtained a wide range of knowledge within audit, including CASS 5, and internal audit experience in insurance intermediaries and carriers.
