Liam Condron is a Director in our Human Capital team.
Liam has a proven track record of helping organisations navigate complex tax landscapes, with 15 years of experience including roles in both the Big Four and in-house. This dual perspective background means that Liam brings a blend of technical expertise and practical operational insight, so he can provide commercial advice which ensures compliance, but also aligns with his clients’ wider business goals.
He enjoys helping employers develop effective tax compliance, governance and controls processes, that still give them the agility to respond to changing workforce dynamics, evolving legislation and working practices in the UK and internationally. Liam advises a broad range of clients from privately owned SME’s to large multinational listed groups.
Liam’s areas of expertise include PAYE Health Check reviews, employee benefits and expense reporting, off-payroll labour supply chain risk assessments, and support in managing correspondence/audits with HMRC. He also provides wider employment tax advisory support across a whole breadth of topics, including the Construction Industry Scheme.
Internationally, Liam and the Human Capital team provide support to clients setting up and managing international mobility programmes (from policy design to Self-Assessment tax return compliance), as well as handling challenges posed by remote working and short-term business visitors.
