As part of our PKF Global series of webinars, Farhan Azeem, Transfer Pricing Director will be joining our colleagues in Germany to focus on transfer pricing.
From tax structuring and tax declarations to tax audits – transfer pricing is becoming an increasingly important issue for medium-sized companies when it comes to cross-border related party transactions.
Correct and transparent transfer pricing (and, if necessary, its documentation) is crucial in order to minimize tax risks and meet the requirements of the tax authorities. However, the guidelines and legislation differ from country to country, sometimes considerably.
In our new webinar series, we will focus on selected aspects of transfer pricing for business transactions between several countries and Germany.
Within each session we will provide a comprehensive overview of transfer pricing, its implications for businesses operating across borders, and the diverse approaches to transfer pricing adopted by various countries:
- a comparison of transfer pricing rules and regulations between Germany and other countries
- current developments in transfer pricing legislation, regulations, court cases
- case studies (e.g. on typical transaction schemes).
