Dominic Roberts | Managing Partner
Dominic is our Managing Partner. He made his name as a transaction services and audit specialist in our Capital Markets team where his portfolio included clients listed on the LSE, AIM, NASDAQ, AQUIS, TSX and ASX stock exchanges.
Carmine Papa | Partner & Head of Financial Services
Carmine is a leading insurance market specialist with over 35 years’ experience in the sector, and has helped established some of today’s largest insurance related groups. He is a former managing partner of the firm.
Selina Edis | Partner, Commercial Divisions
Selina is a Partner in our commercial divisions. She works closely with and supports the other members of the Leadership Team, often playing a lead role in implementing the initiatives adopted by the Team.
Stephen Goderski | Partner & Head of Advisory
Stephen has over 35 years’ experience of providing pragmatic advice to financially distressed business owners, lenders and investors.
Rachel Prebble | Director
Rachel is a senior HR professional with expertise in people strategy, training and development, HR operations and talent management. She has over 25 years’ experience working with large multinational organisations including the Big Four and the banking industry.
Mike Kowal | Chief Financial Officer
Michael has 20 years’ experience, including 15 years with the Big Four, training in audit and business recovery roles before moving to an internal finance role.
Chris Riley | Partner & Head of Tax
Chris has over 20 years experience in advising on UK Taxation with a specialism in complex business and corporation tax matters and leads our Tax Division. He also chairs the firm’s Professional Standards Committee.
