We’ve partnered with Aviva to create a guide to give you expert advice on completing your Retail Mediation Activities Return (RMAR).

What is the RMAR?

The data collected through the RMAR form is used by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as part of their supervisory approach, to assess firms’ compliance with threshold conditions. This allows them to pinpoint which firms they should allocate supervisory attention to, and better understand the activities undertaken and whether they pose any risks to consumers.

An incorrectly completed RMAR could lead to increased regulatory scrutiny by the FCA and incorrect fee calculation.

Our digital guide includes step by step guidance on correctly completing your form.
