Joe is a Partner in our Transaction Services team, supporting both public and private clients looking to complete complex one-off transactions. This includes acquisitions, disposals, takeovers, private equity investments and IPOs. His hands-on approach looks to support clients from the outset considering structuring, due diligence and expert advice needed.

Joe has experience with listing Capital Markets clients primarily on the London Stock Exchange and AIM but has supported listings on NASDAQ, CSE and the various European exchanges.

Through Joe’s cross-border experiences he has completed transactions for clients with operations in over 35 countries. He continues to advise clients across a range of sectors, including technology, mining, oil and gas and manufacturing.
